At Smooche, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure products are in their original packaging and include all seals; gently used items are accepted for store credit while unopened items qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our beauty team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
